Been thru anti-med periods before. Always ended up in the same place. Better to just accept this as a permanent condition. I used to go off meds every summer like clockwork, convinced i had "fixed" myself. It's really just a form of torture that i won't do to myself anymore. Just thank God the meds exist and accept the limitations they have. They are not perfect but for many people, a lifesaver and makes life tolerable.
