Argh! Tremors so annoying!

What can I do to help my tremors? I already took 40 mg Propranolol and my blood pressure is 82/52. I'm getting tremors right now. I kept dropping my food with my fork.
My heart rate is a bit high at 91 bpm. Is it possible to have a surge of adrenaline without increasing blood pressure?
I can try more propranolol I guess, but would this be wise considering my blood pressure?
I just feel very tremory.
