I believe that you are taking two SSRIs together. Tremors can occur even when taking one SSRI but the risk is probably increased by taking two, especially high-dose fluoxetine. It is unusual to require more than one SSRI if the dose is adequate, you may find that you can taper one of the drugs gradually. Fluoxetine causes a postural tremor. This is the type of tremor which occurs if you hold your hand outstretched and try to keep still. Anxiety can also cause a postural tremor. Postural tremor is sometimes improved by propranolol.
Also, risperidone can sometimes cause parkinsonian tremor. Although your risperidone dose is low, the dose is effectively higher than it first appears because fluoxetine interferes with risperidone's metabolism. Parkinsonian tremor occurs when the hands are at rest and is less pronounced during movement. It is often characterised by a 'pill rolling' movement of the thumb and first finger. This side effect is more common in the elderly. Parkinsonian tremor is improved by anti-cholinergic meds. There are also various other causes of tremor. I think this is something that you need to discuss with your doctor. S/he may wish to adjust your medication.
