Not because you have to tell your doctor, but because you are taking 160 mg of Parnate!!! I can understand if 90 mg wasn't enough. But how did you get up to 160 mg ???? I really hope that you will discuss this with your doctor because was you are doing is really dangerous. I am surprised that you haven't suffered any ill effects. I take 100 mg Parnate and I can't imagine bumping it up to 160 mg. Are you able to sleep on that dosage?
Please be honest with your doctor. I am sure that together you can figure something out. Best of luck to you.
