I think it's possible (depending on dosing of course) - although I'm not sure how much it will help - b/c once you get to a certain dose of seroquel, your histamine receptors eventually become saturated, so I'm not sure if additional seroquel will cause increased sedation. Although 400mg isn't the highest dose, so maybe there is "room" for additional sedation...
