OK, I don't know you, so I can't be sure of this, but I kind of feel as if you're trying to put together something to equal an amphetamine. Its probably not going to happen. Straterra+Wellbutrin does not = amphetamine, it just doesn't work that way.
Have you considered a public health doctor? In my area, they can't/don't/won't Rx controlled substances. They are, however, surprisingly professional and helpful. Plus, its cheaper than going to most private practice places and there's considerably less BS to deal with. They could probably hook you up with low- or no-cost therapy, group therapy, and other stuff, too. Since you're not going to be getting controlled drugs from this doc anyway, why not ditch her for a cheaper, possibly more helpful place?
Also: are you still taking the zyprexa? I seem to recall you were on a high dose. Here's the thing...zyprexa+wellbutrin works for some schizophrenic patients, because the wellbutrin takes the edge of the zyprexa and vice versa; it treats psychosis while giving these people a much needed "lift" in terms of mood and concentration. Thing is, you're not schizophrenic. I would imagine that a sufficient dose of a heavy tranquilizer like Zyprexa could negate the stimulating effects of the wellbutrin and possibly the straterra, too. Personally, I think its kind of irresponsible of your doc to put you on psychosis-level neuroleptic drugs, but that's just me.
Good luck.
