Saphris 10mg or 5mg

I feel better right now at 10mg Saphris than the past 30 days at 5mg. Originally my doc spoke of briefly going to 10mg to see if a bit of the hypos would blow over.
I think they have. I feel calmer and better. I am calling tomorrow to discuss staying at 10mg until our next visit at the month's end.
Why would I feel better on an AAP? I expected sedation. I don't know what I expected, but what I feel is what I expected
from the umpteen AD's that instead irritated the blazes out of me.
What is possibly going on?
Any reason to drop back to a lower dose besides diabetes? Could it stop working? What am I overlooking?
