http://www.mentalhealth.com/ used to publish the American and European diagnostic descriptions. I can't find them now. However, they were quite different. The European description seemed more holistic to me. The American DSM description seems very primitive by comparison.
I'm glad you are feeling better. I wouldn't be too frightened of Abilify at 30 mg, though. Tardive dyskinesia is uncommon and theoretically less likely to occur than with other APs. I have not seen any cases of tardive akathisia. I would recommend that you do your own research so that you can better characterize the risks associated with Abilify. I recommend using Medine / Pubmed.
