Hi.

Moclobemide was the worst drug I ever took. It exacerbated my depression and produced a suicidal state with lots of anxiety.

Moclobemide failed to demonstrate efficacy in two trials in the US for the indication of social anxiety. The FDA said no. Roche subsequently terminated the project.

Nardil is probably the best MAOI to treat anxiety.
