Well haven't read the responses yet to below post but no med changes, he looked at the rash both on arm and back. Thought it looked like eczema too. Asked if caused by stress he said quote " The Jury Is Still Out Of that." No more dermatologist as I googled and stronger meds are in the danger zone. Have to not scratch as that causes the itching to worsen. Phillipa
