Ah i was nearly going to write in my previous post above that the stumbling always happens for me on 60mg so was going to ask if that's what u were on.
For me i didn't get much help by using a lower dose even after many months. I wrote a lil about it above but what i do is start as high as i can tolerate which is usually 60mg but 2 days a week of 90mg and then when the stumbling starts i lower or stop for a few days until it stops and then restart it and use the max dose i can get away with without bringing on orthostatic hypotension fainting (often 45 mg)

Since then I've read that Nardil is often dosed at 60-90mg/day until a positive effect is reached, at which point it is tapered down to a maintenance dose of 15mg/day. Now, my doc and I know that at a dose of 30mg/day I do not get the ataxia. What I was wondering is this: do you think it would be possible to stay at a dose of 30mg/day, and still reach a point of positive effect, even if it takes much longer? I would be more than willing to do that if I knew it would work, b/c all other meds no longer work for me, and Nardil was helping me so much before I had to stop it.
