Well that would be Pfizer. You'd hope after all the studies they did into making it and getting it approved that they would know.
From pfizer's PI for nardil. Last revised 2008 it states maintenence dose 15mg every day or every other day. I know it was the same 15 years ago when i first took it and even 15mg every second day worked fine.

Some people may get by with a 45mg maintenance, but the dosage has to be high enough to inhibit MAO. I have never read about 15mg being able to do that for anybody. Whoever wrote that little 15mg tidbit has never taken Nardil. I believe it has been proven wrong in the literature. Not much help, sorry.
