I'm wondering how effective the two meds together might be in treating endogenous depression. Would I be getting my hopes to high if I expected the combo could boost (or block reuptake or whatever.) serotonin to an efficacy on the level of clomipramine, or even an SSI? And are there any other non-SSRI, NSRI, etc. compound that can enhance serotonin with minimal SE. Or am I totally misunderstanding the mechanism.

>From what I'v heard of Viibryd, it should be probably marketed as an augment than an AD. It seems to be classified as a "serotonin partial agonist reuptake inhibitor" (SPARI). WTF is this???
