Thank you for your reply. Your response to moclobemide as monotherapy doesn't sound like it was too much different from my response to the medication -- I had a decent response to it that lasted a few days, much as I do to some other medications. Maybe trying either moclobemide or another reversible inhibitor of MAO-A (I'm thinking possibly Rhodiola) with low-dose naltrexone will give me a response that will last for at least a little while, as it did for you. It's at least something to be hopeful about.
