Lexapro gave me awful anxiety, and Celexa gave me the tiredness you are talking about. Went off the Celexa and tried to go back on and had horrible panic attacks. Same with Prozac. Got scared to try any more SSRIs but eventually did, am now on Zoloft and going up without any problems. I think maybe, since Celexa and Lexapro are chemically similar, that you may be going through what I went through. I think it's just too much of something, not sure what, but doesn't sound like a good med for you. Maybe switch. I had to go to Remeron first because it didn't agitate me and was sedating.
Good luck to you and keep us posted.
