Total crash

I managed to be on a combo of the stimulant Vyanse mxe parnate.

I lost the first two,now its just parnate and i seriously crashed i mean big time,prior to it i was getting dressed looking for work,making phone calls totaly functional.

Now im back in misery,trial and error can really suck lol,just getting a thought off my chest.
