A lot of people like Trazodone as a sleep aid. Trazodone would knock me out for a good seven hours every night, but then I'd feel groggy for much of the day. I slept nine hours a night on Remeron, but I'd feel groggy all day and it caused me to feel hungry almost constantly. I gained twenty pounds during the six months that I took it. As I mentioned in my other post to you, I just started taking the supplement d-Limonene and have been sleeping very well on it. A deep sleep with no grogginess in the morning. It's only been a few days, so I hope this keeps up.
Hi,
I'm sorry, I must not have seen your post yet. d-Limoene.. sounds like something I'm going to look into!
Trazodone doesn't have me feeling groggy the next day, but I've been on it (prn) for a good few years now. Then again I'm talking about my 100lb. 14 yo daughter, so a supplement sounds much better to me!
Thanks,
Laura
