Tapering off seroquel. Ok. I've done that. These helped....
Lunesta.
Lemon Balm.
Skullcap.
Benadryl.I usually rotated them or combined 2 or 3, not taken on a regular schedule, as needed.
Something else that should help with both the depression and the sleep, and maybe a lot, and fine to combine with zoloft, is Rhodiola Rosea. It is tricky at first....low doses too stimulating, high doses more calminig, find the right window, a few days of worsened symptoms in the beginning. This herb is an unsung hero of planet earth and has the capability of dealing with a myriad of problems including psychiatric and sleep.
