I think a lot of those are only used in certain countries, in veterinary medicine, ER situations, or not at all. I mean, there's only so many schizophrenic, bipolar, schizoaffective, agitated, psychotically depressed people, right? And most of us are on an atypical, at least in the US....
....I have heard good things about perphenazine. The CATIE study or whatever rated it just about as good as zyprexa. I don't know if that's so much an endorsement of perphenazine as it is a sign that our "miracle meds" in use today really aren't so miraculous :-(
