Yes, the fatigue does eventually go away. My BP never went quite back up to baseline (I used to be hypertensive, though so that's a good thing in my case) but the orthostatic hypotension did go away. I do have lower exercise capacity, but I weigh more and smoke more than I did pre-nardil so I'm not sure it's really the Nardil causing that. Never became energizing for me, other than lack of depression being energizing in and of itself.
Good luck and try to resist those carb cravings. I was buying 12 packs of cupckaes and eating them in one night after starting Nardil. Felt so good that I didn't care about the weight gain then, but now I regret it of course.
