I hear ya. Some days, I feel like I'm taking placebo. But then the next day gets better......all I can think of is to add an anticonvulsant. I'm no doc or whatever, but I know Abilify, even Abilify plus PRN Risperdal, doesn't make it all better for me, but full dose Trileptal and low dose Lamictal with the Abilify and occasional Risperdal makes things much, much better.
