I think I expained a little of this to doc a few months ago and said I should raise zyprexa to 20mg. But she didn't want to do that.. The next time I saw her she wanted me to try reduceing to 10mg, probably cause of triglicerides. Then I went back last week and she was like why did you decrease it? You should be taking 15mg.
15mg olanzapine (Zyprexa)
-A 10mg and a 5mg, 6 hours apart. Find it eases hunger.
12mg x2 perphenazine
150mg sertraline (Zoloft)
