See, you have that toothpaste taste in your mouth after brushing, right? After 2 hours its gone.
So there is fluoride being absorbed into your body.
Of course i don't know if and what effects this had on my psyche. But i am going to find out wether or not i need the fluoride. If i don't need it then its not a big pain to eliminate it.
It looks like there are many people that go without fluoride. You just need good dental hygiene.
