I too have been on benzo's 2/3 of my life. It's scary. I haven't had cognitive problems until 1 year ago when I took a course of flouroquinolone antibiotics for an infection. Drs. think it's depression not dementia. Now my anxiety is at a high and I need benzo's more than ever but I'm afraid to go up on the dose. Hope you are ok.
