Sorry for the slow reply Phillipa. I took Azithromycin and it caused derealization, memory problems. Later I took Topomax and had a bad reaction to that too which almost pushed me over the edge. Many of these drugs are toxic. Have you improved since your bad drug reaction? I know people who have taken benzo's for years and lived to old age and not got dementia. Wish we could discuss this further since we have the benzo use history. All the best.
