Hmm. Interesting.

I heard one page theorize that the enhancement of dopamine in the prefrontal cortex was improving executive control and hence mood stability (?)

I know that wellbutrin has some significant anti-inflammatory effects. I wonder if this is related? Also, I wonder if the interaction with nicotinergic receptors, has some effect on bipolar?

Wellbutrin is one med that I haven't taken, but I am interested in it since other antidepressants may be increasing mood fluctuations in me.

I am feeling better since starting lithium, and am wondering if I would be better to pursue a more bipolar route in the future.
