Wellbutrin caused me significant anxiety at start up, so I aborted second trial.... I don't know about stability since I haven't taken it since my bipolar dx. The first time, years ago, I experienced definite mental focus (I have add pi).
Lamotrigine helps my rapid cycling, anxious mood fluctuations.
