Changing the subject slightly but isnt there a point with lamotrigine that youve got enough of the stuff in your system that you dont need to tiltrate anymore and can rapidly go to your desired dose straighit away i.e say youve tiltratred to 75mg can you then go to 200 or 400 as desired. correct me if im wrong but what is the point at which tiltration stops and you can swifttly move to any dose you like or is it a case of tiltration all the way to 600mg if necessary. feedback would be much appreciated.pb
