Lol yup. I go for a good walk everyday, as long as weather allows it.
I know it's been said high fat foods are basically the devil. But lately this thought has been changing. Excess carbohydrates are now being identified as the cause of many illnesses that fats were blamed for. OF course trans fats have no place in our diet. But there seem to be pros and cons to every other kind of fat. Some having more of the pros. Some having more of the cons.
