Hi, I lost about 70 lbs in 4 or 5 months after I had gained a ton of weight on Remeron. I'm glad you are trying to lose weight, but losing weight is simple math and that's it. You have a calorie alottment to work with each day based on your sex, height, weight, and activity level . Google " Mayo Clinic" calorie tool. If you put in your information this will tell you how much you need to eat to maintain your body weight. If you consume 500 fewer calories, you will lose 1 lb, if you consume 1,000 calories you will lose 2 lbs. If you only eat foods with nutrition facts and you use Myfitnesspal to track everything you eat and drink, you will lose the weight. I used Myfitnesspal and only ate Subway sandwiches, chips, and In N Out for 4 or 5 months and lost a ton of weight. Make sure that you watch places that make your food and ask how big a serving size is so that they don't give you too much. Chipotle will typically give you almost double what their nutrition facts say. Somethings at Chipotle will be exact like the tortilla because they are all the same size, but the more items you have in your burrito the more room for error there is. I hope this helps.
