I'm not so worried about going off parnate - I have been stable for almost a year and can use abilify PRN if things get bad. But I worry about dropping from 40-0 in two weeks. I will call my p-doc tomorrow to tell him about this.

I had to d/c 80mg parnate with no wash out period. I was in the hospital. They put me on high doses of Geodon for the first two weeks and I was okay. When I came home I had a few days of pretty severe anxiety.

It can be done but I'd keep the abilify handy.
