That is a good approach (i.e. no other meds when taking an MAOI)
That being said, Selegiline is more selective towards MAO-B. MAO-B primarily affects dopamine.
In higher doses (as used for depression) it starts to affect MAO-A as well (which elevates serotonin).
There are a number of reports of Parkinson's patients taking an SSRI and selegiline. However, they were likely taking lower (MAO-B selective) doses of selegiline.
Wellbutrin probably could be combined with Selegiline but would have to be introduced extremely gradually, just to watch for overstimulation.
