Interestingly, the dosages used for bipolar disorder (900-1500 mg/day) make me more depressed while low dosages (300 mg/day) act as a mild-moderate antidepressant. I can't do without it. Two additional benefits include the lengthening of chromosome telomeres and the mitigation of the risk of developing Alzheimer's Dementia.
