And relating to trying to discontinue an SSRI or SNRI,,, I read some horrifying reports of people trying to come off of their medications and having really bad effects! Seems like we might just be stuck on them for life,,, which is not bad considering the alternative.

The BRAIN,,, such a delicate organ!
