yeah but what im ... like when i take 10mg of diazpeam, say like day i didnt need it for anxiety but i just took it for sleep, the effect ... there is a relief relaxation feeling but it's subtle and there's a few times i combined phenibut with diazepam and....it did the trick. What im concerned is maybe the GABA receptors are expecting GABA -b, diazepam i've noticed is general relief of anxiety, its good for generalized anxiety disorder, it just your calmed in your nerves. Alrazolam had minor mood improvement, lorazepam is a bit more potent than diazepam.
I'm just worried i don't want to take phenibut with diazpeam because that was the reason i was put on valium, but ... i don't know. It worries me that the GABA recetors in the synapse got accusomed to gaba - b effects, and benzo's don't effect gaba -b. Thinking that's the reason why it's not as much anxiety relief as phenibut in some cases.
anyways, yes i take magnesium when there's nothing else to help the nerves, it's a natural form of calm.
I think about this all the time, thinking diapzeam is supposed to be working accurately but it's not like i expected. Like i said, i took small dose of phenibut with diazpeam and bam it worked accureatly, i felt relief from anxiety i have during the day. I just .. thinking even other benzos i would have the same problem
