Yes. I've had a cocaine addiction for years, and I'm finally seeking treatment. (I just made arrangements for an in-patient rehab.). But this was the first time I've ever smoked crack cocaine -- I've only done insufflation -- and I'm wondering if it would have a disproportionately negative effect.

I know how my body responds to powered cocaine -- a few days of feeling down but then returning to a calmer, healthier feeling. But this feels "different," somehow. Is it just psychological?
