Well, as add-ons, I am investigating vitamin B6 for general anxiety/agoraphobia and panic. SRI's are way too strong for me. Plus, I have found some possible help with magnesium and calcium combination. (Magnesium WITHOUT calcium actually depresses me.)
Also, anyone have experience with exposure therapy? I have read this is excellent for anxiety and agoraphobia, or almost any phobia. The thing with me, is, when the sun goes down, I need to be cozy in my little apartment.
