It works fairly well and the positive effects last about 3-4 hours. Like most supplements, however, I suspect that it might lose its effectiveness if I were to use it too frequently. Therefore, I use it on an "as needed" basis only.

That's good to know. I've used BioSynergy L-Theanine for the last 2 months fairly frequently (one to three times a day) without it losing its effect. It could just be placebo, but I like it much better in green tea. In tea, it's effects seem more complete. It's hard to explain exactly what I mean, but it just seems to work better with green tea.

> Jon, how were you able to display the trademark symbol in your message? Do you use a Mac or a PC?

Well, the computer nerd in me is showing... :) I have a PC. If you do as well, I presume you use Windows. If that's the case, click "START -> RUN", and type "charmap" and hit ENTER. It's a pretty straightforward program. At the top of the window there's a box where you can select a font. Choose "Times New Roman". Below, all the characters for the selected font will be displayed in a grid format. The characters are kind of small, and so if you click on a character it will magnify it. Double-click on a character to add it to the text box at the bottom of the window labeled, "Characters to copy". Once you've added the character(s) you wish to copy, click "Copy". Then to paste the characters here, hit "CTRL-V" while inside the box you use to enter your post. Sounds a lot more complicated than it is, but it's really quite easy.

Alternatively, if you are just interested in the trademark symbol... While inside the box you use to enter your post, hold down the ALT key and type "0174" (you must use the numeric keypad for this). Then release the ALT key, and "®" will appear.

I know this is way more than you wanted to know, but I'm off meds in prep for a SPECT scan.... so I'm a little loopy and in my own world right now, lol... Anyway, hope this post made sense!

Jon :)
