There are many positives of soy, high in protein,
reduces cholesterol..I read that 40mg isoflavones per day is equivalent to a typical asian diet, around 3 tablespoons of soy powder?
It contains a good helping of nutrients and amino cids
So I guess it's good for you ..if you don't go overboard. On the other hand, if anyone is eating soy and suffering from depression, fatigue, or aches/pains, apathy etc..then the way to tell is to eliminate all soy for one month and then do a challenge..try some. If bad symptoms return with a vengence within 3 days, you know it's no good...and stopping the soy may help
Chances are it is fine for most people in moderation.
