Hi Joebob,
I've had problems gaining weight for several years, but seem to be able keep my weight stable now.

also found my hunger went after sex! so thought low endorphins or low testosterone might be involved...

also, inflammation seems to be implicated - info about cachexia is interesting to look at, lef.org is a good site.
In my own case I think it was inflammation, low insulin, low stomach acid, low enzymes, poor absorption and malnutrition from the above. Boosting my endorphins seems to help with my post sex lack of appetite too!
