I just read that a Thomas Jefferson University study revealed that taking a daily dose (150 mg) of Co-enzyme Q10 slashed the frequency of excruciating headaches/migraines by 50% for almost 2/3 of sufferers.

I haven't been as regular with the magnesium as I probably should, but everytime I start getting the does up (around 500mg a day) I get diarrhea, so I stop taking it for a few days. This combo has not decreased my migraines.
