>I don't know anything about some of those remedies, but I know a lot about turmeric. In my personal experience, turmeric is more effective than either Vioxx or Celebrex or Mobicox. Lasts longer, too. I just stir a heaping teaspoon of turmeric in a glass of water, and down the hatch. A tad bitter, but it grows on you. Watch the turmeric, though. It will permanently stain cotton, or your fingers, or some countertops, etc.
