I would add in an adult multivitamin. Something like Centrum.
You may find that taking this test (link below)leads to some specific supplement ideas....not all ADHD is the same. There are sub-types. Amen does make some good recommendations for supplements, although his tests seem to over-diagnose the existence of ADHD. I think I test positive for three different types of ADHD, but I feel that it is my comorbidities of chronic fatigue syndrome and depression that boost my scores. I do probably have the trait, though.
