If anxiety is a problem with fish oil, would adding some Taurine help counteract it?
I take 9,000mg of EPA/DHA combo per day in 3 divided doses (30 fish oil capsules total). I get 5,400mg of EPA and 3,600mg of DHA per day. Don't know if it increases anxiety or not.
