If you want to drop your triglycerides there is no better way to do it than with a low-carb diet.
I've been eating low-carb for five years now. Prior to starting low-carb my triglycerides averaged around 160 - 180. Now they are routinely between 55 - 65.
If you research low-carb diets you will see that greatly reduced triglycerides are the norm.
