Picamilon...GABA plus niacin...tolerance?

The nootropic Picamilon is great for anxiety, or at least it was for the one day I tried it. But if you put extra gaba into your brain for a long time, won't you build tolerance to it? Kind of the same way you would build tolerance to a benzodiazepine? Any thoughts?
