Not tried it myself (its son my list of maybe's) but recall other posters mentioning poopout on picamilon. Also if my memory serves me correctly, it becomes somewhat stimulating after a while making anxiety or aggitation worse.
I could be wrong of course so i'd recommend a search as there are plenty of good postings on picamilon in the archives.
If you intend trying it, my non medical advice would be to take some until it works then drop the dose as sharply as you can to a level that it just keeps working.....my guess is its effects are cumulative and that massive dose reductions will be possible, thus staving off or maybe even eliminating poop-out.
Hope this helps a bit.....more theory and common sense than genuine science though i'm afraid.
