> MaryPhosphate salts should be used sparingly. He's right. Severe messing with electrolytes *can* result. That's why Fleet enemas are damaging to binger/purgers. The phosphate crosses into the blood. If it only happens once in a while, no biggie. But you can't make a habit of it.
You can buy magnesium taurate/taurinate (I've seen it spelled both ways). It is simply a molecule that contains magnesium and taurine.
