You probably suffer from insulin resistence (high insulin). This is a result of frequent and high sugar/carbohydrate intake. Insulin resistence leads to poor ability too regulate blood glucose level. The best way to increase insulin sensitiviy is to exclude sugar and grain (bread, rice etc) from your diet, skip snacks and stick to three meals a day. The intermittent fasting between meals improves your livers release of stored glycogen and lowers insulin levels.
If you get hungry between meals I recommend carbonated water with 5mg Zinc, 20-50 mg Ca and 1 gram of fish oil. The minerals can be taken at four separate incidents. You might have to split pills in order to get the right dose. Do not take cinnamon, chromium or lipoc acid between meals since it will lower blood glucose and eventually make you hungry.Don't forget to excersice. Great way to improve insulin sensitivy.
