I thought you weren't suppossed to take aminos with food. I know that all the other aminos I've looked at indicate to take it on an empty stomach.
Based on a previous post by you, however, I will just open capsules under my tongue and let it dissolve instead of buying the expensive liquid.
Actually, for me, taking supplements, even with food can still upset my stomach, so I try to go sublingual.
